We have just started our route on the pass, it is full of tight and winding S curves, which is a riders delight. As long your in the front, leading the long traffic behind you.

I continue learning life as I get older, and hitting the midway point. I still believe in God, Trust, Respect, Compassion, and Helping Others. Shiffty is a nickname I have had since I was a kid, Gimp or Gimpy, came after a fatal bike accident I had in June of 03. The limp or Gimp, actually is from two knee surgeries, on the right knee. One before the accident and one after. It's hell to be getting old, and to young for a knee replacement. I'm just thankful to be alive, and have the opportunity to keep touring.
